The bioavailability of the CBD can vary depending on what you have already eaten. One bar should be enough for anyone but we recommend you don't exceed more than 3 bars in a 24 hour period. 

Contains 70% min cocoa solids, sugar, cocoa butter emulsifier: Soya, Lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, full spectrum hemp paste (with approx 20mg of CBD), hemp oil.

Contains negligible amounts of THC (less than 0.01%).
