What is CBD

Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of at least 113 known naturally-occurring compounds (‘phytocannabinoids’) found in the Cannabis Sativa L. plant. CBD does not produce a high and is distinct from THC (the compound that produces the famous high). CBD is derived from Hemp which will not produce a high as it contains negligible traces of THC. Cannabinoids (including CBD), flavonoids and terpenes,  are extracted from the Hemp plant. The fibrous material is removed and a compound rich extract is left. This extract is then mixed with fatty carrier bases, such as hemp oil (produced from hemp seeds) or MCT (produced from Coconut), allowing it to be ingested.

CBD is safe, natural and healthy.
