Therefore in order to get the most out of CBD oil it is advisable to have a full plant profile. The flavonoids, terpenes and cannabinoids all work together synergistically to help the body achieve homeostasis. For this reason the Full Spectrum range is our flagship oil.

WHEN

Our Full Spectrum CBD Oil, at 5% potency, may be taken daily or as needed for additional support.

HOW 

Administering 5 to 10 drops of this CBD oil beneath the tongue and leaving for 1 minute before swallowing is the most popular and our favoured method of intake. The cannabinoids, including CBD, are absorbed into the bloodstream through the mucosal layer in the mouth. Additionally, the oil can be applied directly to the skin for localised treatment.

DOSE

It is not possible to develop a one-size-fits-all dosage plan for CBD oil as individuals may experience unique effects. We recommend a starting point of 5-10 drops administered sublingually and held in the mouth for a minute before swallowing. After a 30-minute period, assess the oil's effects and adjust the dosage according to your desired outcome. Do not exceed 150mg of CBD in a 24-hour period.
